Thankfully, Michelson Found Animals took him, and gave him a much-needed bath and proper medical attention. Many people adopted the dog, but they returned him each time for no reason!
So, the shelter called a pet rescue advocate and TV host, Rocky Kanaka, who decided to take Herschel a day out! It was the best day in Herschel’s life! His reaction when he saw the ocean was priceless! Thankfully, he got adopted by a Californian woman, who will take care of him. Watch the video below.
